Reiki

Reiki is a healing technique developed by the Japanese theologian Mikao Usui in 1922.

Reiki is a natural process where the energy of the Universe, the intelligence of energy, restores physical, mental and emotional well-being.

This healing technique is effective and non-invasive. It enhances the body's natural healing ability, regenerating and promoting our general well-being. The process is done in a state of relaxation where the energy centres - chakras - are reenergized.
